Should i get the apple macbook pro 13"(base model) or the hp envy 14-2020nr?

i am getting a new laptop for my birthday. but dont know what to get. these are my favorite comps but i hav no choice to choose one of them..Should i get the apple macbook pro 13"(base model) or the hp envy 14-2020nr?
