I was checking reviews on the HP envy 14 and found lots of users complaining about the keyboard flex and build quality issues in the 2010 models. Wanted to know if that has been fixed in 2011 version. Any other feedback also welcomed !!HP envy 14 flex problem solved ?
I own a HP Envy 14 and I think the keyboard flex is hardly noticeable. It's a very minor issue that was over-exaggerated and it shouldn't turn people away from this laptop. I didn't notice the flex myself until someone mentioned it on NBR forums. As for build quality, I can't seem to understand why people are complaining. It's a hit or a miss of getting a DOA or damaged laptop. It's definitely a great laptop, but don't get turned away from these over-exaggerated issues.
