I bought an hp envy 14 beats edition today and the webcam is so slow! The specs for my computer are ATI mobility radeon 5650 video card. 6 GB of memory. i5 q480 processor 2.6 ghz. My internet connection is a broadband cable connection. The only program that I have on is ventrillo so I do not understand why the web cam lags. Is there any way to change the settings on my integrated webcamWhy is my hp ennvy 14 integrated webcam so laggy?

I hope you're using headphones/earphones when you're webcamming, I'm assuming your webcam has a microphone too.
My other guess would be the fact that it's integrated, knowing integrated stuff is perhaps the worse hardware it could be that.
