Can a resolution of 1366x736 and 1600x900 play 720p?

I want to get HP envy 14 but i found out that the resolutions supported are 1366x736 and 1600x900 (for the HP radiance display) am getting a camera that records in 720p next month so i was wondering whether the reolutions can play 720p

yea it would have no problem displaying 720p video
720p means something near 700px resolution. 1080p mean something like 1200px i think... anyway.. it can...Can a resolution of 1366x736 and 1600x900 play 720p?
yeah im watching a 1640 x 1200 video on a 1280 x 800 resolution laptop, just get vlc media player and it will work
