HP envy 14 vs MBP 13/15 for college student?

im looking for a laptop for college next year and im going to be a pysch/anthropology major so i dont have to worry about application compatibility. My main uses would be scarce video editing, heavy web browsing, listening to a lot of music and writing a lot of papers. Well, the Envy would detroy the MBP in terms of performance. The other things are debatable.



Do you want to use Windows, or Mac OS? I'd make my decision based on that. Or performance :p
