I am highly considering buying a laptop from best buy. I am stuck between the hp envy 14 and the apple macbook pro 13 inch. I want to be able to test out the laptops and see if i like them. I don't want to purchase my laptop then not like it, so can you see where I am coming from? Is there a possible chance that you can take home a laptop for a week to test it then purchase it later on? No, you can not test-run a laptop. That would just be foolish of Best Buy, because a huge amount of laptops would be stolen. You can only test out the stuff they have in stores. A good way to see the laptop you want in action, or being used, would be online in video reviews
