Is the ATI HD Radeon 5660 1GB Graphics Card switchable graphics?

I want to buy the HP Envy 14 and it says:

ATI Mobility Radeon鈩?HD 5650 Graphics with 1GB VRAM (with Quad Core CPU only)



And I want to get the Quad Core i7. But is it still switchable graphics or is it no longer switchable?Is the ATI HD Radeon 5660 1GB Graphics Card switchable graphics?
You can switch from an 5650 to a 5650? Or changing how much ram is dedicated to it?
