Is Hewlett Packard (HP) doing better in 2010?

So, you may know that HP is said to be one of the worst laptop companies regarding how trustworthy they are. People are saying their screen and keyboards flex, some say their laptops overheat and some say their AC Adapters die out. So I go to a school that has a laptop program and saw a guy with a pavillion dm4, looked pretty durable, was fast and the fan was quieter than my VAIO EA. So, I might get the Envy 14, I just want to know is the 2010 line of HP laptops taking a turn in direction and going to the trustwothy side or are they still the same as before. Please, no biased answers. Thank you. Oh and, if anyone has the Envy 14, can you tell me how good its been for you and if any problems occured thanks. Is Hewlett Packard (HP) doing better in 2010?
Envy 14. It's an awesome laptop. I've been an owner for about a month now. It's really fantastic. It's very durable with the solid magnesium chassis. Manages to keep cool even with an intense quad core processor. It packs discrete switchable graphics and one of the most stunning laptop displays available.

HP laptops have been getting better. More models have been moving to the chiclet keyboard style, and many reviewers now say HP's keyboards rival Lenovo's classic ThinkPad designs as the best notebook keyboard. Also, the trackpad is now much larger and easier to use. In addition, metal chassis designs have become common with HP.Is Hewlett Packard (HP) doing better in 2010?
