Ok, I payed for the program, and clicked on the download link, and it took me to the page that said "thank you for your download". But I didn't dl anything! I'm using google chrome on my new laptop, an hp envy 14. Please helpI can't download ANYTHING!?
You might want to try turning your pop ups on. and check to see if when you pressed download if there was a yellow bar at the top. if there is then click on it and click "Allow" or whatever it says, and the download screen should pop upI can't download ANYTHING!?
Well... What program is it? Did you make sure it was "official" in any way? If it's a new laptop you might not want to go download anything without making sure it has a licensed owner and it will not pass a virus. Also make sure there's a money-back guarentee Click start and type in what you downloaded. If it is there make sure to take a Virus Scan. I reccomend SpyBot. If it's not theresend the website a message saying: " I did not get my (Program name) I downloaded. I want my money-back." Or something like that.
