Is it worth getting a solid state hard drive?

I want to get the hp envy 14 and I would either get 250GB 7200RPM or 160GB Solid State Drive. Is it worth getting the solid state? It is also quite a lot more expensive.Is it worth getting a solid state hard drive?
SSDs are a lot faster. But you can live with the normal 1 and it does have a lot more space.
Solid State Hard Drives are better technology, but yes, for the time being they are more expensive because the demand is low.



They don't crash (hardware wise, your OS can still crash).



A disk hard drive isn't going to go out any time soon, so if you don't know the difference, then I guess it wouldn't matter would it?Is it worth getting a solid state hard drive?
SSD's use less power so you should get better battery life with the SSD, they are also faster.



The other disk is bigger, it comes down to whats more important to you. Battery life and speed? or size and price
