Do I need to/should I download and install drivers from the HP website despite installing all Windows updates?

I just reinstalled windows on my hp envy 14 (love the thing, great laptop), I'm just wondering if I need to go to the HP website to download the drivers on top of the windows updates I installed. If so, should I have done it before the windows updates?

For example drivers for chipset, graphics, storage, BIOS etcDo I need to/should I download and install drivers from the HP website despite installing all Windows updates?
windows update uses only the signed drivers from the original manufacturers so it doesn't really matter if you get them from Windows update or the manufacturers site.

Windows update does not always provide the latest updates from all the manufacturers though so it could be worth checking on those sites once every couple of months. It's usually pointless doing it any more often than that unless there is a problem with the current drivers.Do I need to/should I download and install drivers from the HP website despite installing all Windows updates?
why go to the hp website when you can go into the control panel and use device manager

to download drivers,it will tell you if a device you click on needs a driver or not.
